When you purchase Ticket Buyer Protection, you pay a small premium as compensation for protection against certain risks.

If you are unable to attend the event or experience things such as covered reasons, you can submit a claim to the insurance provider. Once approved, you will receive a refund for the ticket cost*.

How long is the insurance coverage period?

The policy period is as stated in the Policy Overview.

What if I have Ticket Buyer Protection for a rescheduled or canceled event?

If the event is canceled by the event organizer, then you are entitled to the reimbursement: the nominal ticket that is not refunded by the Event Organizer with a maximum of 10% of the ticket price purchased, a maximum of IDR 1,000,000,-.

If the event cancellation is due to the insured being hospitalized for at least 2 (two) days, then you are entitled to a full reimbursement of the total payment for the tickets purchased, a maximum of IDR 10,000,000.

Who has the right to claim Ticket Buyer Protection if there is more than 1 buyer?

Purchase of insurance products more than 1 (one) can be represented or on behalf of the 1 (one) person;

What happens if claim reporting and claim documents collecting exceeds the specified time limit?

If claim reporting exceeds the specified time, namely 7 calendar days and claim documents collecting 60 calendar days from the time the claim report is received, then the claim cannot be processed because the claim has expired.

What documents do I need to make a claim?

You are required to submit supporting documents for the claim in the form of softcopies of the following documents:

Required Documents

  3. Proof of booking and payment of tickets
  4. Personal data of the Insured
  5. ID card for Indonesian citizens
  6. Passport/KITAS/KITAPfor Foreigners

Additional Documents

Personal Accident:

  1. In the event of the death of the Insured:
    • Death Certificate or Certificate of the results of the examination of the body (Visum et Repertum).
    • Photocopy of the death certificate from the Village Head or the local police.
  2. In the event that the Insured is lost:
    • A certificate of accident and termination of search from the authorities
    • A statement from the heirs will return the compensation if the Insured is found alive.

    • Certificate of examination (Visum) from the Doctor who performs the treatment or treatment.
  4. Medical Expenses due to Accident:
