With the Ticket Transfer feature in the LOKET X app, you can receive tickets from friends, family, or loved ones, hassle-free. Follow these steps to claim your ticket:
How to Claim a Transferred Ticket in the LOKET X App
- When someone transfers a ticket to you, you’ll receive a notification via email and in your LOKET X account.
Don’t have the app yet? Check your email notification and click the Download App button. You’ll be directed to the Play Store or App Store to install it first. After installing, Log In using the same email address where you received the ticket transfer notification.
- Open the LOKET X app and go to the My Tickets menu. If you see a red indicator on the Manage Tickets icon, it means you have an unclaimed ticket.
- Go to Manage Tickets and select the ticket under the Transfer In tab.
- Review the event details and ticket information. If everything is correct, tap Claim.
- Fill in the attendee details as required for venue entry. Please check and make sure the data is correct.
- Agree to the terms & conditions, then tap Save & Claim Ticket.
- Done! Your ticket has been successfully claimed and can now be viewed in the My Tickets menu.

- What if I don’t receive the ticket transfer email?Try the following steps:
- Check your inbox and spam folder, or search for “ticket transfer” in your email.
- Open the LOKET X app and check the Manage Tickets section to see if the transfer is listed there.
- If the ticket is not found in your email or the app, confirm with the sender to ensure they used the correct email.
- If the email was entered incorrectly, ask the sender to cancel the transfer and resend it using the correct email.
- Can I transfer a ticket that I received from someone else?
No, once a ticket has been successfully claimed, it cannot be transferred again.
- What happens if I don’t claim the ticket?
Ticket transfers are valid for 24 hours from the time they are sent. If the ticket is not claimed within this period or before the event starts, the transfer will expire, and the ticket will be returned to the sender.
- What should I do if I receive an error when claiming a ticket?
Errors may occur due to the following reasons:
- No internet connection
- The claim period has expired
- The ticket transfer was canceled
- Server issues
If you still face issues, don’t worry! Your ticket remains safe and can still be claimed once the issue is resolved.
- Can the ticket recipient request a refund?
Only the original ticket buyer can request a refund. If the ticket has been transferred, only the sender can apply for a refund. The recipient should contact the sender to initiate the refund process.
